Your Own Forum

Adding a Forum to your Webshop can increase your retention of prospects and customers by adding a repository of useful information, product reviews and opinions. This can make your Webshop 'sticky', that is people will want to come back to look at the content.

A Forum is not suitable for all retailers as it does require someone to act as a moderator to ensure the forum content is valid and politically correct. Also, the forum members need to be relatively active in expressing their opinions and/or have a thirst for knowledge in your products or services.
