What is included

Our aim is give our customers a superior Webshop with an excellent after-sales service that is value for money. Many Webshop suppliers have low entry costs to get your business then hit you with charges for every slight modification thereafter. At Pace, we believe in having a transparent price policy, therefore the following information is aimed at clarifying what is included in our standard prices.

 

Standard Templates Choose from one of our off-the-shelf webshop templates. This allows you to keep your costs down, with the option to bespoke your design at a later stage as the business grows.
Included in the price:
  • Add your business logo, must be of the correct size and quality.
  • Change the Title, Company name and strapline to your own company.
Add your Logo There is no charge to add your company logo to either a standard or bespoke webshop. Your company logo image must be in GIF, JPEG or JPG format. The acceptable size of the logo cannot be stipulated until we know which design your have chosen.
Search Engine Submission
 This is a one-off charge to register your webshop on the major search engines so that you can begin the process of driving traffic to your webshop. If you are interested in SEO as an ongoing service for your webshop, then please click on the following link for Search Engine Optimisation.
Customised Logo
 Image is everything. If you need a company logo designing, then give us your design brief and we will produce a company logo for your webshop. This logo can also be used for your business cards and stationery.
Customised HomePage Design

Fancy one of our templates, but would like to alter a few things and not pay for a unique Webshop design? A customised Home Page allows you to select an existing Webshop template and make the following changes:

  • Add your business logo, must be of the correct size and quality.
  • Change the Title, Company name and strapline to your own company.
  • Change the template colours and fonts
  • Change the images (banners and column graphics)
  • Change the width of the design

Home Page Banner or Banner Advert		 A banner image is usually the large image you see on the Home Page which conveys to the customer what products or services your Webshop sells. A banner advert is a small graphic image that tends to give a visual cue to a specific product or service, possibly with an incentive to buy. Let us design your banner image for a nominal fee. Alternatively, supply us with an image of the same dimensions and we will replace the existing one free of charge.

Bespoke eCommerce Webshop
Some retailers require a Webshop that is unique to them, hence the design, styles, colours and dimensions cannot be met by purchasing a Webshop template. This option enables the retailer to give us a design brief that exactly meets their business objectives and conveys a professional image.

List of Webshop Add -Ons		 Enhance the customer experience on your Webshop by adding some more functions to engage your customers. These are available as Add Ons, whether you have purchased a Webshop template or a Bespoke Webshop.

Domain Name

When you purchase a Webshop, Pace will purchase the Domain Name as part of the purchase price providing it as one of the following suffixes:

  • .co.uk
  • .com
  • .net
  • .org
  • .biz
  • .info
  • .eu

If you have your own Domain name, then you can indicate your "Own Domain" in the Domain Name entry so that we know that your Domain Name will be transferred once your Webshop is configured. We will give you instructions on how to transfer a Domain Name in your Welcome email.
